How can I place an order?

To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.

How can I know my size?

Please refer to our Size Guide available on our website for each product or contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.

How will I know if you received an order?

After making a purchase on Person-A you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@person-a.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

When I will receive the refund for my order?

The refund of your order will be processed within 14 business days upon the receipt of the returned item. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.) The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
